The 5 things I remember about the movie.
It was a silver screen suspense thriller type movie.
The leading man (bad guy) had a huge collection of bugs in cases all over his house... I believe only butterflies.
The leading man imprisoned the woman he claims to love in order to try to force her to love him back.
When she finally escapes its night time and raining outside.
She hits the man in the head with a shovel.
That's all I remember. I was maybe 7 or 8 years old when I accidentally saw the movie during a family vacation. It was late and my parents fell asleep with the TV on. I woke up in the early am and this movie was on so I watched it. It terrified me. I had nightmares about it for months. I'm 45 now and I have been trying to figure out what this movie was pretty much since my teens. Can anyone other there help me? i want to see the movie again as an adult. Not sure why but its been a small private obsession of mine for most of my life.
