Interesting! I remember The Kopycats; it could well be that I am remembering a skit from that show. The funny thing is, when I Googled to find out about this skit, I found instances in tech forums where people referred to "the Abbott and Costello Formaldehyde routine."

Help! I can't remember the name of the Abbott and Costello movie that had the skit about formaldehyde. It went something like: Abbott:"Here, take this bottle and give it to Mal and tell him to hide it." Costello: "What's in the bottle?" Abbott: "Formaldehyde." Costello: "I know its for Mal to hide, but what's in the bottle?"
