  1. MAROC 7 was released on VHS. PARAMOUNT released it on VHS in the early 1990s on one of those 'MasterSharp' EP mode tapes under the 'Paramount/Gateway' heading.
  2. I don't have a favorite year for movies, although I do like the 1982 film MY FAVORITE YEAR.
  3. I just gotta say it: A band in China re-recorded the song as I LOVE WOK AND ROLL (!)
  4. "I'D BE THE FIRST TO FALL IN LOVE AGAIN" by Gary Morris, from his 1983 album "Why Lady Why". This song just popped in to my head so I went and listened to it. I'd 'do' a link, but I don't know how.
  5. I thought UPTOWN SATURDAY NIGHT (1974) had been aired on TCM before. I didn't know it hadn't. Fancy that. Harry Belafonte plays 'Geechie Dan', a hilarious parody of Marlon Brando's performance in "The Godfather". Calvin Lockhart plays 'Silky Slim'.
  6. Because I'm morbid I go to 'Wikipedia.org' every day and look at the 'Recent Deaths' section. I keep fairly updated on who is taking The Ultimate Dirt Nap.
  7. More '70s "Z" movies: ZAAT (1971) BOG (1978; unreleased until 1983!) MONSTROID (1979) → Proceed at own risk!
  8. "B"-movies from the '70s: Giant Spider Invasion, The (1975) Track of the Moon Beast (1976) Filmed in 1972 Crater Lake Monster, The (1977)
  9. ELLIE (1984-Comedy) A barnyard comedy!
  10. JADE (1995) Pick your version! There's 2 versions of it.
  11. JENNIFER ON MY MIND (1971) used to be difficult to find, but now it is legally available on an DVD-R and is easy to locate.
  12. -JEANNE CRAIN's last 3 movies- HOT RODS TO HELL (1967) Also starring Dana Andrews (Apparently this was originally filmed for television, but ended up getting released to theaters first). NIGHT GOD SCREAMED, The (1971) SKYJACKED (1972)
  13. STATE FAIR (1933) STATE FAIR (1945) STATE FAIR (1962) Notice a theme here?
  14. COMING UP NEXT ON MOST OF THESE TCM stations: DIAL "S" for Switch-Hitter DIAL "B" for Bi-Sexual (Sometimes you feel like a nut and sometimes you don't . . . ). [ADVERTISEMENT FOR "MOUNDS" and "ALMOND JOY"!] DIAL "W" for "Whack-The-Hot-Wife-and-take-her-$dough$-Because-I'm-A-Greedy-Creep-Of-A-Husband"
  15. Some of the actors 'n' actresses whose movies I've collected a reasonable amount of are GEORGE PEPPARD, PETER SELLERS, LEE REMICK, LAURENCE HARVEY, DAVID JANSSEN.
  16. → A triple-feature of movies with the longest damn titles I can think of . . . YOU'VE GOT TO WALK IT LIKE YOU TALK IT OR YOU'LL LOSE THAT BEAT (1971) I COULD NEVER HAVE SEX WITH ANY MAN WHO HAS SO LITTLE REGARD FOR MY HUSBAND (1973) CAN HEIRONYMOUS MERKIN EVER FORGET MERCY HUMPPE AND FIND TRUE HAPPINESS? (1969) (Rated 'B' for BAD. Incomprehensible swill).
  17. This is "Jeopardy!" with your host WILLIE DYNAMITE. Next: "You thought BONNIE AND CLYDE were dangerous? They were NOTHING compared to ______________ and _____________!"
