I still think TENTACLES (1977-Italian) is worse than the THE SWARM (1978) by a small margin. Henry Fonda was in both and "Tentacles" is simply putrid and more amateurish than "The Swarm".
How 'bout some SLY?
Good SLY: Rocky (1976), Nighthawks (1981; filmed in '79).
Not-so-good SLY: Rebel (1973) (aka: "Nowhere to Hide"); Paradise Alley (1978) .

PETER SELLERS is at his best in HOFFMAN (1970-UK).
His worst is THE FIENDISH PLOT OF DR. FU MANCHU (1980). Sellers was too ill with heart problems to give any kind of performance and he knew it. He had no energy left. His double 'John Taylor' did most -- if not all -- of the non-speaking scenes where Fu is seen but not heard.
