So you may know a couple of different people, but those different people can't be tokens for you to tell me that you are good with that. We aren't monolithic that way. If friendliness means agreeing with the way you dismiss other people's experiences that aren't your own as invalid, then its not being friendly- its being tolerant. You put up with what you don't accept.
