Please help me identify the actor in the middle of this picture with Mickey Rooney.  They, along with several others who went on to serve in the USO were stationed at Camp Sibert, AL., near Gadsden, AL.  

I belong to a group who is archiving pictures of the area and we are unable to recall his name.  Please help us.
