I do not think it is Yolanda and the Thief. I have searched all over and am still turning up empty handed. Im sure someone somewhere knows what Im talking about. Thanks for your help.

I was watching a movie a few years ago and can no longer remember what is was called or who was in it. It could be someone like Fred Astaire or Bing Crosby.  All I remember is that the main couple was at a party and they started dancing outside. The woman's dress was white at the top and faded to pink at the bottom. The "background" women also dancing were wearing red dresses. I believe there was also a thief at the party who stole a bracelet from someone. If this sounds familiar to you, please let me know. It would be appreciated. Thanks.
