I started a thread asking what movie best reflects your personal life and some couldn't think of one and took it a step further and instead answered they looked like or were told they looked like a certain celeb. Okay, so who do you look like, or were told you look like and agree?
I've been told I look like Greta Garbo, or maybe it was one of the Gabor sisters. Ha!

Ha! lol

I can barely think of two celebs today that could fit that bill you pose. Who out there today of the box office draws isn't a hunk or a babe? I'm not very familiar with today's Hollywood, so...

I don't know what the Program Challenge is but it seems I am unlike the calvary and arrived too late. Sorry. lol

Well, Paul Henreid could pre-chew the gum and pass it to Bette in a kiss. :-)

Ain't nuttin' wrong with looking like Perkins! He did pretty good on his looks and we ladies liked him, psycho or not. lol :-)

So, you are a mutineer. lol

Very cool life, and very full. :-)

I wanted to tell you, one of the reasons that movie is one of my favorites is it mimics my mother's life. It's odd to hear the same of you. It was a bitter sweet life for her, to say the least.

Wow, that's a pretty heavy movie! I hope your life worked out as well as I imagined Deanie's.

Hm, or just as easily Walter Mitty? lol

Don't mind at all. If not John Caradine or Keaton, how about Perkins or Peck? lol

Uh, okay. Just as long as you didn't take it as far as Eric Binford. lol

Oh, wow! One of my favorite books and movies! Love that story!

I concur. lol

Hi Joe. Yes, I know TH has won twice, but the question was who didn't win this year. lol I like TH's body of work. He has that old Hollywood flair. He can do comedy as well as drama, and if he does another pic this year I wouldn't mind him winning another award next year. :-)
I know so few of the new kids on the Hollywood block it's not funny! If I had my druthers, I'd like to see Spencer Tracy win one and be there to pick it up himself. :-)

Oops, unless you're still a kid and the latest movie brings you up to date. lol

Man, that is just so not fair! You've got two and you're only half way through your life and I haven't even come up with one for mine. lol

I think I only saw one of the movies nominated this year, so...
But if I had to pick a celeb I like who hasn't won the award and should in my book, it would be...The envelope please. Tom Hanks!
He's my Jimmy Stewart of today. lol

Ha! lol

That is sooo cool! :-)
I'm still thinking about mine. They say art imitates life, so there HAS to be one out there for ME, too. lol

Not just the title but subject matter.
I'm thinking on mine...hmmmm....

What movie comes closest to reflecting your own life?

That's good to hear. It'd be terrible if you life really suc*ed. lol I may have had to rethink my imaginary ending for Deanie's life with her doctor husband and their 2 children. lol
