As weird as it may seem, the soundtrack to this movie is my favorite.

 

I don't know why Midnight Cowboy got an X rating. It won the Oscar for best picture of 1969. John Schlesinger directed this movie.

 

John Barry wrote a beautiful theme song for the movie called Midnight Cowboy. But the recognized theme of the movie is the song sung by Nilsson, Everybody's Talkin'.
