Spanish verb conjugations are not as difficult as the declensions used in some languages, including Latin. I don't understand why there are 4 or more variations of the same article or noun if it is nominative, or accusative, etc. That's mind-boggling to me.

We made a trip to central Mexico some time ago, and we had the chance to try lots of different local fruit, including zapotes and chicozapotes. They are delicious. Zapote is spelled with a z in Mexico, because to Mexican, sapote is a large toad.
