I have seen only two Romanian movies, The Death of Mr. Lazarescu and 4 Months, 3 Weeks 2 Days, and both are smashing films.

Quelqu'un m'a dit que 500 Days of Summer is my favorite movie this year.

In America is easily the best film this year for me. The performances are first rate. I am not a fan of zombie movies in general, but 28 Days Later was genuinely disturbing and scary. There were moments when I thought 13 was a horror movie for parents. Good movie with fine performances by the leads.

I liked Slumdog Millionaire and The Wrestler, with excellent performances by Mickey Rourke and Marisa Tomei.

Unfaithful is a well made thriller, and Diane Lane gave a great performance.
