Is it The Graves (2009)?

No, but that was very good guess. You're very close. The movie that I'm thinking of was made the same year as The Philadelphia Story. One of the actors that you mentioned is correct (you can probably guess which one).

Thanks, Star. I really love that movie. I especially love the banter between Harlow and Beery. Next: Speaker 1: "Yes, sorta wish you hadn't done that, [name of person]." Speaker 2: "Done what?" Speaker 1: "Divorced me. Makes a fellow lose all faith in himself. Gives him a......almost gives him a feeling he wasn't wanted." Speaker 2: "Oh, now look, junior, that's what divorces are for!" Name the 2 speakers and the movie.

Thanks, Marsha. Next: This singer-actress made her Broadway debut in 1922. After a chance meeting with Florenz Ziegfeld, she was cast in a major role in a famous musical. She was discovered while performing in this musical and she later signed a contract with RKO. She went on to have a very successful career in films. What is the name of the actress and what was the name of the famous musical that she was discovered in?

I feel like this shouldn't be so hard, but this really has me stumped. The only thing I can think of is that they were each nominated for an Oscar only once in their careers and they each ended up winning the Oscar. Is that the answer?
