I am having the same problem. I too am I subscriber to Dish and last Thursday night (August 24), I started getting the same error message. I re-downloaded the app. I also contacted Dish and they couldn't figure it out. So they gave me the phone number to TCM. I love TCM and for the most part that's the only channel I watch. I also love the app. Hopefully this current glitch can be fixed. I am just glad to find out that I'm not the only one having this problem.
