The first one is similar to Eyes Without a Face. It features a mad scientist running around snatching and killing COED's to take their faces to transplant on a disfigured family member. What is different about this film is that I remember the victims being shown the face of their friend placed on a plaster cast that was attached to something similar to a hand-held mirror.
It is not The Awful Dr. Orlof, Atom Age Vampire, or The Hand that Feeds the Dead.

The second film is similar to the TV movie, The Haunted about the Smurl haunting. I believe it was another TV movie on Lifetime or similar. It was about a woman haunted by a spirit who would attack her. What was memorable about it is that she chose to live in a research facility so the ghost would not start attacking her family.
It is not The Entity with Barbara Hershey, though the end scene is somewhat similar.

I need help finding two horror films.
