That's why you couldn't think of the Broadway musical cuz it didn't exist. However, you had a very good lead on it. Miles, yes it's our favorite hoofer who never studied ballet, but she still put down the leather. My favorite Ruby Keeler number is Shanghai Lil in Footlight Parade with James Cagney. These two dancers are perfectly matched. They learned to tap dance without formal training but they are marvelous.
