So who was the sister that was married to a cameraman?
I think I'll keep that for another question.
But if you want to answer it, I'm not going to stop you.
I used to see him introduced on a number of live ABC-TV shows in the 1960s. But a little research probably could bring up that name for you.

the incredibly gorgeous Hammer Girl Denmark-born Yutte Stensgaard of Hammer Karnstein trilogy horror film Lust for a Vampire. it is obvvious to me what hammer saw...a dead ringer for Kim Novak possibly even prettier than Kim Novak. last I heard she was living in California and is a born-again christian. good for her. she must have a beautiful soul.

Nippy--She doesn't look anything like Kim Novak. But I'll tell you who she does look like.
I went to see The Beatles once and they had female singer opening for them. Maybe you've heard of her, Jackie DeShannon. Your Danish girl looks just like her--hair and all.

The Lennon Sisters and the Aldridge Sisters are the only sister acts on the LWelk show I know about. I think someone else will have to answer
Lav, of course the answer would be the Lennon Sisters. They were the only nationally famous group of sisters out of "The Lawrence Welk Show". They even had their own ABC-TV show and ended up taking over Andy Williams' Christmas show at the Moon River Theater.
But I also watched The 6 Semonski Sisters in the 1970s on "The Lawrence Welk Show". So I guess Lawrence was forever trying to find a replacement for the Lennon Sisters.
There was more to the question also, but that's okay. Because you've already won the thread with 7 correct answers. So the thread is yours, if you want it.

GAG. I can't stand him! LOL. Anyone with a name like that deserves scorn!
Have you ever seen the movie "Father's Little Dividend?" It's the sequel to "Father of the Bride". He has one scene in that movie. And I think it's the first and only time I've ever seen a scene stolen from Spencer Tracy. But then I like the sequel better than the original.

Lav, sorry about that. I'm getting my threads mixed up.
We still have #8 open and the hints are above. Thanks.
