  1. Romance on the High Seas Next: May Robson Roland Young Arthur Treacher
  2. Jessie Ralph was in "Four Girls in White" with Sara Haden.
  3. Irving Berlin wrote "Change Partners" for Fred Astaire in his penultimate movie with Ginger Rogers, "Carefree". Fred liked it so much that he used it in his very first TV special--to show the public that he had, indeed, changed partners.
  4. For Your Love (The Yardbirds)
  5. I'm not supposed to know this answer, but now it's time for me to confess-- I'm a closeted Errol Flynn fanatic. But as long as you don't tell anybody that I have his movies on DVD, then nobody will know. My favorite one is, of course -- "The Adventures of Robin Hood". One day I was watching it and I noticed that Maid Marian--Olivia de Havilland was riding on Trigger. Any baby boomer worth her salt knows there's only one iconic and legendary movie star palomino and that's Trigger. Sorry Mr Ed, but I saw Trigger first.
  6. Unchain My Heart (Ray Charles)
  7. This classic actress came from a vaudeville background and was quite a tap dancer. She had a contract with a major studio, and she was also very proficient in straight dramatic roles. She primarily appeared in westerns and musicals, but also had a lot of credits in classic TV, which, of course, included Perry Mason.😍 Her film career was somewhat cut short due to a self-imposed semi-retirement during her marriage to a legendary Golden Era movie star. When you identify her, also include at least one of her film credits that you have enjoyed.
  8. The Party's Over (Bells Are Ringing)
  9. Riding Shotgun Next: Woody Strode
  10. I'm Losing You (John Lennon)
  11. Once Upon A Time, 1944 (Starring Cary Grant) Here Comes Mr Jordan, 1941 (Robert Montgomery) Miracle On 34th Street, 1947 (Edmund Gwenn)
  12. Get Me to the Church on Time (My Fair Lady)
  13. I don't know the answer, but that's never stopped me before. 😲 I only know that she and Jim Nabors were very close and had a lot of fun together. So my guess is Gomer Pyle/AKA Jim Nabors to start off her TV season. And what a singer he was.
  14. It wasn't just acting between Alan Young and Bamboo Harvester. They had a real friendship and Alan visited his fellow actor until the horse's untimely death. Miles, you did a thorough answer as usual, of course, of course. Allan "Rocky" Lane would be proud of you.πŸ˜€ (FYI--The Studebaker commercials are on the DVDs.)
  15. I don't have a "Pocketful of Miracles", but I sure have that record. Miles, And I may need a miracle to answer your next question. Take it away.....🎡🎢
