Hi. I added TCM to my channels a few days ago. Working fine on the TV, but whenever I try to login via my iPad app, or via TCM.com on my Mac, I put in my Comcast information, and the site tells me that TCM is not part of my Xfinity TV plan and that I need to add it. I checked with Comcast, and they confirmed that I do in fact have TCM and that it doesn't appear to be a technical issue on their side.
Can someone help with this?
