Pesci vs Pacino, not so much here but with the ACADEMY, who do you pick to walk down the aisle?
-
Found ;em jakeem & 4 stars! One & only reason M. Story lead over The Irishman as you know is due to not having all technical nods Of which I easily predict will garner 12 to 13
-
jakeem, hadn't had time to search yet but where are the film nods here buddy?
-
AMPAS history in the making Will mark Scorsese's 9th for BD, Al's 9th, but a couple are support

Hitch always said the first shot should be among most important

to jake, there are sooo many how could we forget the unforgettable ending of the great escape?

as you know a myriad of films also were filmed there, most notably in recent yrs THE BIG LEBOWSKI I got to visit there in 2005 & Jim Morrison is like a god there with murals

I had posted my rare predix fir these awards, I never do that on the too-many annual Pre-OSCAR Awards, just wanted to have fun this year though & as expected PARASITE dominated the Los Angeles Film Critics Awards only minutes ago Strangely nada for the IRISHMAN here though? Though Joe Pesci was a runner up for s. actor for the gangster epic, it marks his 2nd win in these Whats really taking my back is I long figured co-star Pacino to be the one But, of course these aren't the OSCARS are they Scorecard NBR voted for THE IRISHMAN NYFCC IRISHMAN & LA PARASITE & now tomorrow are the GOLDEN GLOBE noms which are vey fickle at times, SAG-(Wednesday) is more accurate in line with the AMPAS THANK YOU

thanx to all for giving your in out I just keep hearing people on tv, net & radio insisting it's a Christmas movie, they even go so far as saying it's the best one?r (TRIVIA: Willis wasn't Tarentino's first choice to play Butch in PULP FICTION, Mickey Rourke was by far, but much to his chagrin ever since for some reason he turned it down & of course was an actual boxer)
