Yep, as far as we know, Bing was born in Tacoma and spend his formative years in Spokane.

And Elvis, contrary to what spence also stated earlier, had no Navajo Indian antecedents, but instead the possibility of a Cherokee one.

(...his great-great-grandmother who was named Morning Dove White)

    Dargo, your correct again

The Florida Film Critics Circle selected  the French period piece "Portrait of a Lady on Fire" as its  Best Picture of 2019. Directed by France's Céline Sciamma, the film -- set in the 18th-century -- details a taboo affair between two women (Noémie Merlant and Adèle Haenel, pictured below) on an island near Brittany.

Sciamma, whose screenplay was a winner at the 2019 Cannes Film Festival, was named Best Director by the Florida critics' organization. "Portrait of a Lady on Fire" also was selected as the Best Foreign Language Film.

Btw here, Jeanne. I do believe you were bereft in your exclusion of a particular line said by actor Todd Karns as Harry Bailey, and which would be the reward or payoff line to the entire proceedings, and which is absolutely guaranteed to bring the biggest lump in the throats and a few sniffles to those who stick it out for the entire 3 hour NBC telecast (including all those damn commercials)...
