Fitfully enjoyable, good-looking #StarWarsTheRiseofSkywalker DisneyStarWarsROSLightSaber_Emoji.png will get mixed critical response, which is irrelevant because Lucasfilm set out to make a fan-friendly, critic-proof blockbuster. It will compete with Avengers: Endgame for tech Oscars like VFX, Score, Art Direction.

I had the unique pleasure of seeing Sammy Davis live in concert near the end of his career.

The intimate contact he had with the audience came not just from his experience but also from all the years that these people had loved him. There were people in the audience who brought up albums from the 1950s to have him autograph them during the concert.

He was the most talented man in show business because everything he did he did as well if not better than the people who were tops in that particular genre.

But what I remember most about him was his kindness and generosity as a human being and as an entertainer.

stunningly his eye actually popped out Princess, & Frank took him to 2 to 3 hospitals where the refused totake him

Y'know, you could have just(in your OP) typed BING, SINATRA and ELVIS and we would have known who you meant.  The needless adding( and for some stupid reason a lot of people do so)  of Elvis's and Frank's middle names is never really necessary.  But it seems (and again) for some reason, after some of these guys die, people feel there's a need to identify them in entirety.  Especially when they weren't known professionally by that way.  like---

We KNOW the excellent guitarist as JIMI Hendrix, and now referring to him as James MARSHALL Hendrix really makes no sense since without doing so people would still know who the f*** you're talking about!  Same as PRINCE, who professionally only went by that name(except for that short period he went by that "symbol"   ) NOW more often than not, since his death gets referred to as PRINCE ROGERS NELSON.

Can you plesase check out my Oscar cintender page-(just after Feinberg's)d to my taste more than Bing's usual stuff.  But I also liked Nat and Bennett  about the same too.  But, since he left Sun records and switched(it seemed) to pointless plastic show tunes and releasing cheezy movie soundtracks, I hadn't much use for Elvis.  I( and several buddies) only went to see Elvis movies because the BABES  in them were so BODACIOUS!  ;)  The SONGS?  Well, I can't reconcile songs like "Viva Las Vegas"  and  "Blue Hawaii"  as the products of a supposed "king of rock'n'roll"     And besides....

Ok, I guess Janis Joplin is just as good, but she wasn't in movies.  It was his race and the social structure in this country that prevented him from assuming his natural place in movie and cultural stardom:

    See him:

    • THAT'S DANCING! (1985) DECEMBER 31 (**12)
    • ROBIN AND THE 7 HOODS (1964) JANUARY 22 (A STRONG *** OUT OF 4 STARS)

A while back, I caught the PBS American Masters series episode that spotlighted Sammy Davis Jr.'s life and career and I thought it was very well done, and made me again appreciate the man's many talents and the hard work it took for him to remain both a relevant figure and a top draw in the entertainment world for the many many years that he was.

For me, all three of them have done movies and Christmas songs that I like.  Just that not one has outshone any of the others  in any of those respects.  Bing, to me, always seemed to have a sort of laid-back "cool" about his nature, and Frank of course, did more songs in a musical style that appealed to my taste more than Bing's usual stuff.
