  1. Jezebel (1938) and Gone With the Wind (1939) Bette Davis' Julie and Vivien Leigh's Scarlett are both head strong and brave no doubt. But both act very childish and petty at times during their films. *Side note, love both of these films, the characters and actresses. But I have to call a spade, a spade. 

    Miracle on 34th St (1947) Natalie Wood's Susan Walker, who is a child acts like a cynical adult. 

    Sex and the Single Girl (1964) Tony Curtis acts as Henry Fonda, an older married man to receive therapy for an article he is writing.
