TCM On Demand complaints/requests

TCM has ceased to exist as a choice for ONDEMAND movies through xfinity. After several attempts to reset our boxes, the issues was not resolved. A rep from Xfinity told me this is a contractual issue between TCM and Xfinity. Is this true?
