I?m also looking for comments from other film fans who might have read this book. Is it all about the movies, or do you care about old buildings, too? How important is Historical Preservation? I?ve been asked about doing something to help our country and the world preserve our Heritage, too many of historical building are being ruined and destroyed needlessly because of our obsession with new buildings. Clothes have fashion trends, and unfortunately so do homes. Vintage homes built during the Victorian era are being lost at a horrific rate. Diners of the Golden Era are making a slight comeback, but is that enough? My question is: How important is Historical Preservation to you people? Is it important to keep Land Barons from ruining our historical buildings and landmarks and work to restore what we still have? Is it important to track these attempts to save our heritage? And do you know of any organizations that need help being promoted? Do you know of any historical societies or organizations near you? And do you work with them at all? Thanks for your time?
