I have read some of your posts about guest programmers that would have been on TCM. For me, I would have seen either Joe Dante, Kathryn Bigelow, Kasi Lemmons, Josh Olson, Mary Lambert, Brian Trenchard Smith, Julie Dash, Penelope Spheeris, Edward James Olmos, Mark Hammil or Maurice LaMarche.

I find it interesting to look at the lists from the American Film Institute and wonder what would happen if the other lists from the television specials that aired over the years would be updated to feature new additions or films that ave not been added to the lists.

In 2003, the American Film Institute aired 100 Years...100 Heroes and Villains. The special was hosted by Arnold Schwarzenegger on CBS. Here are the results of who was on the 50 heroes and villains list: https://www.afi.com/Docs/100Years/handv100.pdf If the American Film Institute had updated their list post-2003, who would your picks for 50 heroes and villains be? They could be characters from recent films or rediscovered films or cult classics.

Was anyone able to catch the TCM Spotlight: Fan Dedications last week or early this week? I cannot afford to watch the channel because it is too expensive as part of the Spectrum cable bundle package. I was only able to catch a glimpse of the guest programmers on twitter that only lasted for less than a minute.
