I looked this up it seems similar however the couple died in a skiing accident in topper accourding to the plot lines I read on it. The couple in the movie hit a tree...could there be another movie?

I saw a movie as a kid and have been trying to locate the name since. Basic story has a man and a woman in a yellow roadster type car I believe and they end up hitting a tree and dying. They end up becoming ghost and I think end up back in the home. If anyone can help on this I would greatly love to try and find this movie.

I have been trying to find the name of a movies I saw with my grandmother some years ago. The only thing I really recall about it is that there was a man and a woman who were driving a yellow sports car and crash into a tree and are unaware that they died and are now ghost they end up back in the apartment/home. If anyone knows what this title might be I would appreciate the information.
