  1. 1. Do you agree or disagree with Agee and Youngson's statements that the silent films from 1912 – 1930 constituted "comedy's greatest era" or its "golden age?" Why or why not? I do not agree. While Buster Keaton, Charlie Chaplin, Harold LLoyd, and even Fatty Arbuckle were were very funny, I don't think anything is or was as funny as Jack Benny's incredulous look while pausing and saying "Well!"
