I saw a movie some years ago that was in a setting similar to Mary Poppins (decor, dress, etc). The father was a banker, mother a housewife who the father always went on about being a "fool woman" (she would try concoctions supposed to make you well). Seems like he had brown hair and a mustache. She was blonde. They had several children and a boy that was mischivous. 2(+/-) housemaids. There was a crazy old Admiral down the street that would fire a cannon several times during the day. Does anyone know the name of this movie? It was very comical.... Thanks.
