Come on, board troll, there's an emoticon waiting for you to use it.
-
Wow, mrsl, that board troll sure can type fast, can't sheit?
-
Just proves my point, troll. People get what they deserve.
-
Oh and Bartlett, sad little troll?
It's 'you're'.
Pathetic little troll, not even well versed in the English language.
-
Hey mrsl, CS still wants to see its name on top of this thread.
-
Hey mrsl, the other board troll agreed with the pathetic sheit.
If CS had the brains, I would wager that sheit signed in under another id.
But sheit doesn't, so the other board troll is actually as pathetic as CS is.
How sad.

-
Hey mrsl, CS actually thinks this was a clever retort.
Poor pathetic sheit.
-
Based on his filthy tirade at the Golden Globes, those that would pay for his movie deserve everything they get.
-
HEY Dewey, are you keeping count?
The pathetic adult -- not a kid after all, sheit should be in school by now -- is outdoing itself in its race to 10K posts by April Fool's Day (sheit's national holiday).
Sheit just had its name on all the threads, which gives the pathetic sheit SUCH pleasure.
How pathetic.
-
Hey mrsl, the other troll has weighed in.
Only this one is even less weighty in the grey matter field than CS, as if that were possible -- thinking that you would stoop to 'come on' to that hack of an actor who turned into a beached whale in his later years. Whose command of the English language amounted to a few mumbles and whose acting amounted to a ripped tee shirt.
Except for The Godfather, of course, where he managed to give an amazing performance, and The Freshman, where even he lampooned his bloated pig hack persona.
I'm sure the man could have been a contender if he weren't such a self-important hack, but how comical of another board troll to think that you would lower yourself in appealing to a particularly ugly man.
Nope, I am convinced you wouldn't even give him change for the bus. As I would not.

chinaseas, wasn't she gorgeous? Thanks to those who manipulated her, however, her real and creative life was cut way too short. I hope there is a special place in hell for her mother and those in the industry who forced her to work while she was ill.
There is a 'home movie' short out there, by Ken somebody or other (someone here will know the name of this short on TCM) which shows candid shots of Jean walking in the backlots of the studio. She was breathtaking in her naturalness and in her obvious naivete and honesty.
Too bad. Another flame snuffed out before its time.
-
Frankie, I know you can't tell the board PAs without a scorecard, but CS is an older version of CS -- amazing, same initials, whaddya know? -- so take no notice of what CineSage says. He is cut from the same cloth as Cinemascope.
-
otterhere, don't be dismayed by the seeming wonderfulness and self-aggrandizing ahem, knowledge, of Cinesage. Hesheit is simply sheit in another guise. Either the PA Cinesage is Cinemascope in another id, no surprise there if hesheit is, or there are actually two board PAs.
Wouldn't surprise me, the real world is full of them.
-
Hi brad....sorry, was off trying to reset for today's onslaught of sheit posts. I she she has been joined by the other board PA.
I don't believe there is a time limit on their computer usage. By all means join the Seniornet community online, they are a WONderful group of folks -- nary a pompous, hateful, disrespectful troll among them -- and I bet they will advise you as to the physical location closest to you and its bylaws.
Good luck.
-
Big time.
I doubt you're a senior, but have you looked into going to one of the seniornet.org locations to use their computers? They seem to be a very friendly group of folks.
-
Righteo, klondike. Get this part, especially:
I do not appreciate someone asking about people's race on the boards for the very simple reason that I am 100% color blind, and I would expect others to be too. That is to say that I would never dream of treating anybody else differently based on any real or perceived difference in color, ethnicity, or national origin.
Surely you can understand that my only concern with questions about racial origin is to make sure the person asking is himself/herself as color-blind as I am?
Our very own troll, open-minded, open-armed, welcoming one and all without regard to race, creed, color or...oh wait, no wasn't it our troll who threw out 'idiot' and 'lowbrow'? That's RIGHT, it WAS our very own board troll who is now trying to masquerade as the board unifier.
Talk about hypocrisy. Holy crap, how does sheit look sheitself in the mirror?
Probably doesn't have to, they are no doubt all cracked.
-
FrankieFane, you didn't offend, the person who accused you of that is the board troll, so take no notice of it's posts.
Like so many other period pieces, the impact of this movie can be personal depending on one's situation. This has been discussed here in relation to the Our Gang comedies, the secondary characters in countless Charlie Chan movies, and numerous other movies from the 1930s and 1940s. Ditto with books one grew up.
You brought up a valid point.
-
A pookah, wasn't it otterhere?
-
Not to worry, benwhowell, thanks to the board troll, these threads take on a life of their own. And sometimes they are unpleasant indeed.
-
I didn't know that! Desi is a Pisces......Feliz Cumpleanos a Desiderio de una otra Pisces.

-
Are you Caucasians?
Why do you ask?
-
Agree. Especially after learning here about the silvery quality that was inherent in b/w films due to the chemical makeup.
B/W films have the capability to transport the viewer that color does not. Well, imo, that is.
-
Sorry to hear about your computer troubles, bradtexasranger.
You are one of the few who sees sheit for what sheit truly is.
-
Died at only 60, what a shame.
