lavenderblue & dianabat, Thanks for clearing that up for me! The credits listed on Dish Network in my area did not mention Eve Arden, and I did not see the start of the movie--I'm sure Arden's name was mentioned there. When I checked the cast of Dish and Arden wasn't mentioned, I thought for sure I was going ga-ga! I love serval of the older stars--Eve Arden among them. I'll have to be sure I see the film credits from now on! Thanks again...

I've just been watching a movie on this afternoon's TCM. "Pan American" It's quite obviously a B movie, but I am almost postive that one of the leading lady players, listed as Audrey Long, is Eve Arden! She sounds like Arden, she looks--kinda--like a pre-make-over Arden. Anyone know if Arden, early in her career, had a different name?

It was Ian Bannen. Actually, he was quite a good actor, but the part (and the script) were completely wrong for him. I have to agree. In "Penelope" he sucks!

Wasn't there a movie (I'm not even sure of when I saw it--I think it was in the 40's) who title was Lalaplalooza? It was very funny! But believe it or not, I don't even remember the cast! Is it just a figement of my imagination, or was it real? I've checked everywhere I can think of, and all the sites tell me no such movie exists, but I KNOW i saw it! Did anyone else?

I guess we'll just have to wait for the offical cause of death. She had been battling breast cancer for several years. Another one gone! R.I.P. Lynn Redgrave... -

The ship was in one piece when it was afloat, just before sinking. It was only as the hull sank, and pressure increased, that it broke into two parts.
