  1. For those of you who are subscribers for the TCM Now Playing Guide Email.  You may have herd from Ben Mainkawitz that the 2020 Classic Film Festival has now been cancelled.  Due to this virus going around.  I am so sorry to hear this.  I know you all were really looking forward to it.  So I wanted to send a message to everyone who was going and attending.  I haven’t been yet.  But I’m hopping to go and attend sometime too.  Hopefully it will happen next year. In the meantime.  You all could look forward to this year’s 2020 TCM Classic Cruise this October.   Me too.  Someday.  Again.  I am so sorry to hear about this and for the inconvenience.

    Thank you.

  2. I would like to see Dean Martin In The Matt Helm franchise again.

All of Alfred Hitchcock’s movies and if these could maybe be included with them?

The AFI Life Achievement Award A Tribute To Alfred Hitchcock 1979

and the documentary Dial H For Hitchcock.

Charlton Heston In Secerts Of The Incas

and The Great Muppet Caper 1981.

  3. It will actually be an all day TCM tribute this Thursday.  I can’t wait.  I am so really looking forward to it.  What are your favorite Kirk Douglas movies and roles and what are you really looking forward to this Thursday?  Didn’t he actually look like Michael when he was young?  We will all really miss you a whole lot Kirk and we all really love you a whole lot.

  4. Oh.  So that was the very last made for TV movie and movie he did before he died.  Inherit The Wind.  I think I remember that too.  Was it on CBS?  If not.  I think he also did another made for TV movie and movie before he died.  That was on CBS.  But I don’t think I remember what it was called though.  He was such a really wonderful actor.  Wasn’t he and we all really loved him a whole lot didn’t we and we all still really miss him a whole lot.  Don’t we?  He was 71 years old when he died too.  I remember that.  I remember hearing it on the news and I think they said he appeared in over 70 films.  Cool.  He had a really wonderful career.  Didn’t he?

  5. Whoa.  That’s just so cool.  This is one of my all time favorite Disney movies.  I rented it when I was a kid.  I bought the rerelease on VHS.  I got the Disney Blu-Ray and DVD combo pack for my Birthday a few years ago and now I could watch it on Disney+.  Cool.  Great songs too.  Of course.  When You Wish Upon A Star.  My Little Wooden Head.  Give A Little Wistle.  Hi Diddle Dee.  I’ve Got No Strings.  Great songs.  It’s also one of my all time favorite rides at Disneyland.  Pinocchio’s Daring Journey.  I just love it.  I’ve loved it ever since I was 5 years old.  Since the very first time I went to Disneyland.  Great movie and great ride.  So is it the 80th Anniversary?  Do you think Lenoared Malton will maybe show it as part of Treasures From The Disney Vault sometime and do you think they will maybe show it at the TCM Classic Film Festival again this year and has Lenoared Malton actually introduced the Disney movies there?

  6. This is one of my all time favorite Disney movies.  Disney’s Honey I Shrunk The Kids 1989.  I remember when I first saw it at the theatre when it first came out.  I saw it at the theatre twice.  I could not stop talking about it.  I just really loved it a whole lot and still do.  I really love the whole Honey trilogy a whole lot.  Maybe Lenoared Malton will show Honey I Shrunk The Kids as part of Treasures From The Disney Vault sometime.  Maybe with Tummy Trouble too.  Just like at the movies and on VHS and maybe the whole trilogy too.  That would be so cool.  At the very end of Honey I Shrunk The Kids.  When the Salinski’s invite the Thompson’s for Sunday dinner?  What was Nick talking about right before the credits when he went.  Hey wait.  I get it.  French Class.  Ha Ha?

  7. Cool.  I knew he was a writer for Sid Caesar’s Your Show Of Shows.  Woody Allen was to ha?  Cool.  He’s a really great and really funny guy too isn’t he?  I also really love him a whole lot too and Hey.  His movie that was on the other night?  I think it was either last night or the night before.  That one’s actually in black & white.  Isn’t it?
