  1. I just saw the scheduale too. This Saturday night. They will have The Best Of The Essentials. Beginning at 8pm est 5pm pac. Which will be a double feature. It will be. East Of Eden from 1955 with Alec Baldwin and David Letterman and The Night Of The Hunter from 1955. I think with Robert Osbourne and Rose McGowan. I think that’s one of the special things they’re doing for their 25th anniversary. I’m really looking forward to it and to answer your question. I don’t know why they didn’t have another season of the Essentials last year after Alec Baldwin finished his first. I miss it too. But it’s alright. We could enjoy this this Saturday night and maybe the Essentials will be back for another season next month and when everybody gets a chance. Head on over to the Essentials Jr board and check out my request for Essentials Jr this summer. I’m hopping. I dreamed it up myself.
  2. Anyone know when TCM Spotlight Fan Dedications starts? Probably not next week right? Because the festival starts next Thursday. Unless they maybe have been tapping it all this week. So let me know when it starts. It will be so cool. I don’t want to miss it and are any of you going to the festival this year? I’ve never been. But I know I will have a really wonderful time when I go sometime.
  3. Has David Letterman returned to the Late Show as a guest on Steven Colbert yet? Like Jay Leno has returned to the Tonight Show as a guest on Jimmy Fallon a few times and also to help Jimmy Fallon with the monologue sometimes? I would love to see that. I think it would be so cool.
  4. What’s that movie called again with one of the Gabor sisters that was on on Friday where she saw a thief steal a jewel or something like that and which one was it? Zsa Zsa or Eva? They’re two of my very favorites. I really love them both a whole lot. They were two really wonderful actresses. Weren’t they?
  5. Everybody know how they have those free online courses from time to time to go with the Spotlight? I tried taking the Salute To Slapstick. The 50 Years Of Hitchcock and the Mad About Musicals one. Every time I try. It’s kind of a little hard and I know a part of them also take place here on the message boards. Every time I logged in. It said that I didn’t have anything compleated or something like that. So maybe if someone explained to me how the courses work. I’ll see if I could maybe take the next one. So what do you do when you first login and if it continues to say you don’t have anything compleated and how does it work?
  6. What’s that movie called again with Charlton Heston you guys told me about that inspired Steven Spielberg and George Lucas to make Raiders Of The Lost where his outfit looked exactly like Harrison Ford’s? Besides Valley Of The Kings? Maybe since they’re showing adventure films during the day today? Maybe it’s on today. Valley Of The Kings is on right now.
  7. When I asked about Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis’s act on the Star Of The Month board. I ment to post it in the Dean Martin as SOTM section. Is there a way we could maybe move it to there?
  8. Has anyone herd if the TV Land Awards or TV Land Icon Awards will be returning to TV Land this year?
  9. Since The Stooge was and is actually based on Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis’s act? Do you think all the songs they sing in it were actually a part of their act too?
  10. You too TopBilled. Enjoy the Special Theme Irish On Film here on TCM for S.T. Patrick’s Day today and I hope you have a really wonderful S.T. Patrick’s Day today. Again. Happy S.T. Patrick’s Day.
  11. I just voted for the Viewer’s Choice Awards for this year’s Nickaloaden Kids Choice Awards 2019. What’s it mean when you create your Badge and what happens when you download it?
  12. Happy S.T. Patrick’s Day TopBilled. Yes I have. I remember seeing Young Cassidy either last year. The year before that or a few years ago and I’ve seen Finion’s Rainbow a few times. I watch it every year here on TCM and I also watch TCM’s S.T. Patrick’s Day theme here on TCM every year. I really love it a whole lot. How about you?
  13. Me too and of course. I really love all the Bond films. I have seen every single one. But four of my favorites are Dr No. Goldfinger. The Man With The Golden Gun and The Spy Who Loved Me. Dr No was also in the James Bond Jr Cartoon series in the 90s. So was Jaws.
  14. Cool. I’ve got that all set to record right now and I will deleate what I get to see.
  15. I think a James Bond Spotlight would be cool. It could be called TCM Spotlight On Bond James Bond 007 and I think the perfect host for it would be any of the Bond stars. Too bad Roger Moore passed away. I think Sir Sean Connery would be a perfect host. Either with Alecia Malone or by himself. You know how some of the Bond girls have acents? That’s why I think Alecia Malone would be a perfect hostess with Sir Sean Connery as her co-host if they were to have she and him. He could either be by himself or with her. I think that would make a really wonderful Spotlight. I really love them all. But two of my favorite Bond’s are Sir Sean Connery and Roger Moore.
  16. Did anybody here watch G.I. Joe? Remember the two parter episode There’s No Place Like Springfield? Where Shipwreck and Lady Jay rescue Professor Malannie and when Cobra attack’s. Shipwreck. Polly and Lady Jay try to escape from what they call the Shark and before Shipwreck could get out. That Blood guy. Whatever his name is of Cobra attack’s it and he can’t get out. Then he wakes up like thirty years later in a hospital married to Mara and they have a doughter named Althea. The hospital and everything that happened to Shipwreck was all fake right and did Cobra actually plan the whole thing?
  17. Where’s Ben? Is he on vacation?
  18. They probably haven’t shown any of his movies since they payed tribute to him when he died. But how many of Robin Williams’s movies have they shown here on TCM so far and which ones have they shown so far?
