  3. Thanks, and I think your right, but I overslept! I was so angry at myself. I wanted to hear her voice. . .
  4. Has anyone seen the movie "War Nurse" playing at 6:00am tomorrow? The reason I ask is because the tv guide gave it one and a half star, but ZaSu Pitts is in it, and I want to see the difference in the silent film acting and the talking movie acting, but if the movie itself is bad, I won't get up that earlier. . . I do have school. Eric
  5. I feel that in retrospect, it's a great thing to watch, but as your watching it, it's only good. After I watched it I thought 5 stars worthy, but I have to give it a 4 because while I was watching it, I admit, I did get a tiny bit bored. It did tone to drag a little in some chapters, but I really did like it alot.
  6. I'm angry that everything I want to watch it at a time where I can't watch it because I'm at school. Arrg! I can't wait for 2/05 to come out. Next month we'll find out. . .
  7. Is Greed with it's amazing four hour version, or the regular one because it's only from 6:00-8:15?
  8. How about them showing all the Superman movies in one day?
  9. I'm glad they are extending it for two reasons. 1) It gives something to look forward too. and 2) Watching the whole thing in one night would be an all-nighter. I have school the next day, and 2am was bad enough.
  10. Does anybody know when the January schedule will be up?
  11. One that I wanted to love, but only liked, was Paul Newman and Robert Redford in "The Sting." Too little happened in alot of time.
  12. Yeah, it is. I've been wanting to see the whole thing since. . . forever and a day.
  13. Does TCM ever show the 1902 classic "A Trip to the Moon" in between the movies? I really want to see it, and I guess since they don't list what's going on in between movies, I'l just have tobe lucky, am I right?
  14. Will the other DVD Decision results come out on DVD eventually in 2005, or never, cause I really want to buy Greed.
  15. Boy, it didn't feel like 4 hours. I watched it from 1:45am-6:00am one night, and at the end I was wondering where the night went. I wanted to watch it again. My number three favorite movie of all time. 1.Magnolia 2.Pulp Fiction 3.GREED 4.Matchstick Men 5.The Royal Tenenbaums
  16. The also show popular things at times like 8:00pm, and then rare, gems are shown either late late at night or early early in the mourning. Why don't they ever show a silent movie in primetime?
  17. The DVD decision results were a bit of a shock considering I knew that ALOT of people wanted Greed to come out on DVD. It was talked about more than every other movie that was participating in the contest. I was expecting it to come out, and was planning on it. Shows that you can't take things for granted. . . Eric
  18. I watched "Magnolia," and I saw that Deeds was on again in November. I'll watch it then. Magnolia was a great great movie, and it blew me away. It was 3 hours long, but it was too short.
  19. When I first starting watching TCM is was last Halloween. I was awaiting next Halloween for more horror, and this year is terrible. They keep showing the same movies. I'm very disappointed about that.
  20. Oh, thanks for telling me. If Greed wasn't chosen, I would have been ticked off, but now that I know it'll be out, it's better. But when will we know the winners? That's what I wantto find out.
  21. I don't know what to do. "Magnolia" is on IFC tonight at 12:30am, but "Mr. Deeds Goes to Town" is at 1:30am. Which one should I watch?
  22. I'm sure that it's the four hour restored version, because that's the version they showed on television when the voting began. Also, they are releasing ALL the movies? I didn't know that.
  23. When do you suppose? Augest is almost over!
  24. Same here. I want to know when the winners were annouced to see if Greed was selected, becuase I really want it ever since I watched it last month.
