I really need help to find the title to a movie I saw maybe 20 years ago.
Here is the description as best as I remember:
A ship sinks and the survivors are crammed into a lifeboat, although some swam along side because they could not safely fit inside the boat. The captain had to make the decision to put those who were close to death out of the boat in order to make room for those who had a better chance of surviving. When they were finally rescued the captain had to stand trial for his decision. P.S. The title is not Lifeboat.
