I sent an email to Brian Cady (who had responded to this thread last year regarding TCM's inability to post the short on their website due to rights issues) and asked if he would talk to a programmer and see if we can get a schedule of when it's going to play in the near future. Here was his response:
I'll pass this along to the TCM people in charge.
