I just finished watching 1967's Bonnie and Clyde and noticed that there were two scenes which were rather 'cleaned up'. The first was Buck's death (snipped out the ramblings to a dog - having his shoes.) And the other was B&C's death scene with Clyde being pushed along by the bullets and the car rocking. I know there was a cleaned up version...but I don't recall TMC mentioning which one this was, or why the sanitary version was made. Doctoring of these scenes really took out some of the impact that this movie had in the theatres. I guess TMC doesn't show first run theatrical releases after all....

Was it me, or did I not see hardly a mention of Roy's death in the mainstream media? I live in the Chicago market area...the local news stations didn't even mention it. What a shame... I loved his work as I'm sure many of us movie fans did. Wonder why he was shamelessly omitted...
