Looking for Rare Peter Lorre movies for trade/sale

Peter Lorre was also the star of 8 Mr. Moto movies, excellent detective/mysteries that I highly recommend. Hopefully TCM will show more than just the public domain title (Mr. Moto's Last Warning) that is on later this month. The other 7 Fox Studios Mr. Moto's are excellent and I hope TCM can obtain them! Will TCM be able to license the Fox Charlie Chan and Mr. Moto films? Also, I know that Warners owns the last 11 Monogram Charlie Chan films, what about those? It would be terrific to be able to view these films uncut and commercial free.
