There is a link to free movies, but it wasn't youtube. I may have posted this one:
http://www.moviesfoundonline.com/
I recently found this one, which is better:
-
Ian Keith, who played one of the Admirals, sounded remarkably like Richard Kiley. I had to check to make sure Kiley did not dub in the dialogue.

*scsu, lz, do you remember me ever having said that? Don't I usually call them "dames"?*
Yes, and sometimes broads

I have no idea what this thread is about anymore.

Domergue claims she is good in a crisis, but she screams the first time she sees the Octopus. Did you notice the scene near the beginning where Tobey is putting the moves on her in the lab? She is playing with a beaker.

Those are good points. And Greenpeace would blow up the tunnel.
-
*the tunnel could have been dug in from 266 days to as little as 133 days, in one direction.*
Were they working 24-hour shifts? I can't recall. Anyhow, it would take longer because there would be coffee breaks.

I guess she could do the Arliss part.
-
And amazingly, Joan Crawford does not appear in any of those movies!
-
I think he made those other turkeys after Valentino ... quite a come-down. Oddly, Francis X. Bushman, the silent screen star, appears in The Phantom Planet.
-
*I understand that you do not see a post from anyone you have on "ignore". But can the person you have on ignore see your posts?*
Yes, I'm pretty certain the person can.
-
I think I've seen bits of this film, but after seeing Dexter in Fire Maidens from Outer Space and Phantom Planet, I don't have much desire to see him in anything else.
-
A wise choice.

Here is a still from the German version, Der Tunnel, 1933, directed by Curtis Bernhardt. He also made a French version the same year. During the filming of the German version, the associate producer was killed when the tunnel collapsed.

The people in West Side Story satisfy both categories ... dancers and hoodlums.
-
Yeah, I saw this on MST3K several years back, and could not make heads or tails out of it. At least the wisecracks kept it interesting. I think the MST3K version is on youtube.

Unlike today's California kids.

The tall thing is not very clear in the original photo. As for the car, I have no idea, but since the film came out in 1969, it could be a '65 car.

She had such a lovely face. She and McCrea appeared together in Wells Fargo, which I have not seen in years. I also remember them appearing at the Academy Awards one year when famous "couples" were presenting. I think it was the same year that Greer Garson and Walter Pidgeon presented an award.

Well, Casablanca has all those gay subtexts anyway.

IT CAME FROM BENEATH THE SEA
