*"I know, since I tried to get this type schedule recently and wound up with conflicting results from different people here. I also asked questions how to got about this, which were not answered by anyone. I still don't know how to do this."* - anamarye
For years the direct links to the monthly schedules have been posted in these Forums by "resourceful" members of this community. These schedules have been found through an understanding of TCM's practices for creating the web addresses for those pages and past experience of when "new" schedules pages are created.
There is usually a new thread in these Forums created whenever a new month's schedule page appears in which the community gives their first appraisals of the programmers' efforts.
As for its "official" placement on the website (accessible through a link on the site), it is possible that TCM is trying to refrain from persons printing the monthly schedule so far in advance. Any schedule posted three-plus months in advance is a "work-in-progress" and subject to many changes. I believe most of the schedules that "debut" through links in the Forums have some alterations to them as that month approaches. It often results in persons posting threads asking "What happened to...?" when a film "disappears" from the earliest line-ups we find.
And maybe TCM is trying to keep the schedule info out of the hands of their competitors for as long as possible too. FMC and the Encore Channels don't make their schedules easily available three months in advance either. And both seem to be creeping tenatively into more classic film territory as of late.

Here's TCM's own announcement for the series -
"Turner Classic Movies is preparing to launch Race & Hollywood: Arab Images on Film, a month-long movie event that focuses on the diverse portrayals of Arabs in cinema. Tuesday and Thursday nights in July, TCM host Robert Osborne will be joined by internationally acclaimed professor, author and Middle East media consultant Dr. Jack G. Shaheen to introduce a wide range of films and provide extensive insight into Hollywood's ever-changing attitude toward Arab people."
Jack Shaheen sounds like a very engaging co-host for the series, I look forward to checking in on the commentary often.

*"What is it that you are gloating about, Valentine?"*
There is no gloating in the post you cited.
But these off-topic ("Problems With Upgrade") posts coming from you, which are mostly just a harrangue, will continue to be removed - no matter how offended you feign to be and how many user names you wish to create.

*"My brother and I did play the game on Friday night. It's mostly a "gathering clues and interrogation" game, thus far. The suspects sometimes take off and you have to chase them down."* - FrankGrimes
Gee. Your trigger finger must be getting awfully itchy.
Love that "Roy Earle" is referenced in the game. You'll have to let us know of any other homages that show up and if recognising them helps with solving the mystery.

I agree. And to think I almost passed it over because I thought I had already posted it to the Gallery. I find I am second-guessing myself in that way quite often lately. I've been looking at the images on my computer for so long that I think I've used them in here already. Glad I thought differently today.
Glad you appreciated the one for today.

How Cool Is That?!? I am sure you'll have fun, Inspector Grimes. Keep your rod at the ready, OK?
Try not to let the Chief Of Detectives hassle you too much.
And am I mistaken or is this the sedan from The Postman Always Rings Twice? Sure looks like it - only a bit "messier".

*"Also, I am absolutely appalled by the endless SELL SELL SELL mentality which now exists on this supposed "commercial free" network. If trying to sell a DVD at the end of EVERY FILM and the non stop badgering to "Buy Film Festival Tickets, Buy Cruise Tickets, Buy the Movies Unlimited Video Catalogue, Buy Now Playing, Buy DVDs, etc. etc. etc. do not constitute commercials, I don't know what does."* - lydecker
Well, get over it. They are here to stay. Plus, there are so few during the full day that it isn't really worth griping about. Most cable channels offer over 10 minutes of ads during one hour of programming. It's these internal pitches for TCM-related merchandise and other offers which are keeping sponsored-ad time off the channel.
*"Why are we letting these people print schedules when, if we make them impossible to find and print, we can SELL more "Now Playing" guides?? Why, that would mean more $$$$ in our pockets."*
I accept that cynicism isall the rage these days. But if TCM wanted to sell more subscriptions to Now Playing, it would take the printable schedule down altogether. Even if it that was the case, selling an additional 10,000 subscriptions to Now Playing wouldn't amount to a truly large sum of additional revenue. It is definitely not worth the ill-will that would be created from taking down the printable monthly schedule from the website. That said, one should really consider becoming a subscriber if only to support TCM and its "commercial-free" mission. Plus the magazine is worth the $12.95 many times over.
It is not difficult to find the monthly printable schedule. It is in the banner at the top of the page like it was before. And using my browser's "Print Preview" option, it shows that the full schedule for May will print on 29 pages. If I adjusted the top and bottom margins, I could probably save an additional page or two. If you are needing 60 pages to print the month's schedule, then you need to research how to adjust your set-up. There is definitely a problem on your end and not with the printable page.

*"Then I see this coming Saturday The Essential movie is "Cat People" a B movie and while I have a certain place in my heart for "B" movies. To say this movie is one of the Essentials and obviously "the great movie "Fountainhead" is not."* - BuccaneerMoe
Comparing two specific movies is like comparing a Rembrandt to a Van Gogh and asking which is best. Can't be done. But to learn what TCM thinks is Essential about *Cat People* you can go here -

Took a drive around my metropolis the other day.
I lost track of time and found myself downtown after dark. A place I don't usually go.
I came across a crime scene in an alley.
Poor thing.
I wondered what had happened but I didn't hang around to find out. I decided to get a beer instead.
But I've been wondering every day what was the story about the young lady and her ignoble demise. So I thought I'd ask Inspector Grimes.
What happened in the alley the other night and, better yet, how did _you_ end up in LA the other "Noire"? In 1947 yet?

Criticism is acceptable. Character assassination is not. You'll learn that soon enough.

*"Kyle, I'm curious about the movie titles accompanying the photos. For instance, the Judy Garland shot reads "Girl Crazy", but the photo looks a few years previous to that movie. Ginger's picture looks circa 1940, rather than 1933 or 1937. Are these just some movies for which they signed the wet cement, but not necessarily the actual photo of the named event?"*
I feared that might be confusing. The titles accompanying the cement photos are of films that were being shown at the Film Festival this year and not of the premiere when they were having their hand and foot prints put into the cement.
The Judy Garland ceremony took place during the premiere of *Babes In Arms*. Ginger Rogers was for *Kitty Foyle* (I think). The ceremony with Marilyn Monroe and Jane Russell was for *Gentlemen Prefer Blondes*.
Sorry it was confusing.

I am only putting up --one name and title for 2012.-- three titles.
*Deliverance* with Burt Reynolds in attendance.
*The Russians Are Coming, The Russians Are Coming* (take your pick of cast members.)
And Carl Reiner speaking about *Dead Men Don't Wear Plaid* might be interesting.

*"You need not worry about this particular printing problem (in fact, about most of these schedule-related problems) for much longer. Rest assured that I am going to hold some feet to the fire to make sure that this matter is taken care of. There will be no more false promises of "fixit" and then run and hide without any public accountability, right here in this forum! We have put up with this unaccountable nonsense for far too long! So hang on (to what would be your hat in the olden days) for what promises to be a rough ride for somebody."* - --O_IS_D-- O__IS_D
I read this as a threat to act in a nefarious (or worse?) manner in these Forums. You may wish to take it down.
