  1. Mine is "Mr.Lucky" with Lorraine Day.He can be mean one minute and soft the next. TCM please show this film....
  2. It sounds like the kind of banter that Nick & Nora Charles would say in the "Thin man" series
  3. My family use to make fun of me cause I love old films. My son (12) will never watch them.OOoo black & white ..No way!(I'm starting to ween him on "leave it to beaver")That he'll watch, but that's it. My neice came over the other night (18yrs.) and I made her watch Bette Davis in "Dark Victory". NOW Bette rocks in her book. She has borrowed "Now Voyager",1963 "The Haunting" w/Julie Harris and "It happened one night". So now they realize that maybe I'm not crazy for loving old films.Better directors, better acting, better plots. So don't knock it ,unless you try it.Hopefully I can get those films back from my neice.

Alot of us remember them in Full screen.I will buy a copy of any film regardless of the screen size,But there are some who will not purchase the product due to it being on widescreen. TMC had a short on the "Pan & Scan situation with changing the way the picture was ment to be.Some discs play both formats,I have a couple of DVD's that are wide on one side and full on the other.when purchasing a movie do you hesitate due to the picture size? just asking..
