I have yet to see it. I'll let someone else buy it and then borrow it.

I think because they gave the film pretty good reviews and a lot had to do with word of mouth. Like Napoleon Dynamite, it will have a cult following. It's hard to say most films that they pan as bad, seem to make tons of money lately. So you never know..

Oh tell that to Alice Brady and her pixies in "My Man Godfrey"

RO Did mention "The Man in Lincoln's Nose"
Hitchcock had another problem with The shot where the audience sees the killer's view down a gun barrel pointing at Peterson was filmed using a giant hand holding a giant gun to get the perspective correct.-From Spellbound (1945)
There was no way a hand holding a gun can turn 180deg.
But we as movie goers overlook certain quips.
I like to be entertained....Bottom Line...

I just started to receive on Direct TV the "Chiller" channel #257(they moved Fox Movie Channel to #258) in New York. It has old Alfred Hitchcock shows, Tales from the Crypt (HBO's show) Friday the 13th. series, and Horror films.
Of course they added commercials (what channel doesn't, except TCM and IFC)
It not that bad if your into horror...

Kim Stanley was also a method actor. Some called her "The Female Brando"

I'd also add Burt Lancaster as J.J. Hunsecker in 1957's " Sweet Smell of Success"
>They know the venom that flickers in those eyes behind the glasses<

OK Mr. Papillon....
I was sick as a kid @ 10, Pituitary Tumor..Yes really!!! I was home for months and the only thing to watch on the tube was Movies. Good old Movies. It was Million Dollar Movie,The Movie of the Week,The 4:30 Movie and anything else I could find with 7 channels (including PBS) to choose from (pre-cable). My Mom would let me stay up and watch "The Late Show, and The Late Late Show.
Black and White was the standard. That's the way it was......
