I usually listen to word-of-mouth. Alot of films that were reviewed as Stinkers,Turn out of to entertaining and/or make millions. And 4 star films turn out to be bore fests. it's like it says "Different strokes for different folks"...

The "Flame and the Arrow" is on VHS. "I Walk Alone" is on neither, and from Paramount. So it maybe a long wait.....
And "The Devil`s Disciple" 1959 with Lancaster,Kirk Douglas and Laurence Olivier.
