  1. I watched Saturday Night on IFC 2002's "Bubba Ho-Tep" Starring Bruce Campbell (Evil Dead) as Elvis Presley and Ossie Davis (who Thinks he's John F. Kennedy) Plot Outline: Elvis and JFK, both alive and in nursing homes, fight for the souls of their fellow residents as they battle an ancient Egyptian Mummy. Directed by Don Coscarelli (of Phantasm Films) Great fun and food for thought of our elderly who, are placed in a homes and leave them to their own devices. Comedy/Drama/ Horror... Great Fun Great "B" film Anyone else see this film? I Recommend it.. vallo

  4. I always like his soft spoken way of acting. I can't believe he wrote and starred in "Fiend of Dope Island" (1961) When I looked him up a while ago on IMDb. One comment was: Bruce Bennett Is Mad as Hell - and They Are Not Going to Take It Any More! I hope TCM finds and shows this film. It could be interesting.. vallo

  14. There are a ton of films I'd love to see her in. The Strange Love of Molly Louvain (1932) Directed By Michael Curtiz " Love Is a Racket " "Sky Devils" with Spencer Tracy "The Crowd Roars" with Cagney. Ann Dvorak was the daughter of silent film star Anna Lehr. I wonder if Warner Bro's. realized what they lost. vallo
  15. I blame the producers and her Mom. A 12yr. old shouldn't do a rape scene. It's all about the almighty dollar. The Director for this film is a women (who should know better) who's only other film is from 2003 called "Virgin" about a teenager who finds herself pregnant. Many stars had to bend over backward in the Studio System days. But a star that is that much demand (like Fanning) should of refused. I think Mr. Petersen is right with his concern. Who needs to see a 12yr. old raped especially in this day and age, where everything in the news is about pedophiles and child molesters. The bad thing is the Director of the film (Deborah Kampmeier) is Nominated for Grand Jury Prize 2007 for this film at the Sundance Film Festival. vallo
  16. Could be "Traveling Saleslady" (1935) with Joan Blondell Try here:http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0027133/ vallo
