Do you know if they changed that version to include the Big Ben scene or is it faithful to the original?

[39 Steps]

I saw an old black-and-white movie once that I thought was titled "The 39 Steps". The big scene at the end was the main character hanging from the hands of Big Ben in London. The "39 steps" were the steps leading up to the interior of Big Ben. Since then, I've watched Hitchcock's "The 39 Steps" and that's not the movie I remember. Are there two different movies with the same title, or have I confused one movie for another?
