i really liked Lauren Bacall's By Myself and Then Some. it was well written and i learned a lot about what she went through to become an actress and finally get on the stage. i also have been wanting to read Me by Katharine Hepburn but i need to get a copy.

i had to do a monologue in a drama class last year and i found the script for The Philadelphia Story and Arsenic and Old Lace so i really wanted to do one of those but we couldn't cross gender and there weren't any ones long enough for a girl. i ended up doing one from a play that i had never heard of. anyway this was kind of irrelevant but i just thought i'd share and i hope you have better luck. =D

wow its so cool to see so many people around my age who like classic movies. i'm 15 and i only have two friends who like classic movies. once we made my other friends watch Psycho and The Birds. they liked it but not as much as i thought they might. i have a Gone With the Wind poster too
