We'll have to agree to disagree....all she did was scream her lungs out most of the time, like speedracer said. The other nominees in the other films did a heck of a lot more than that. Plus I'm not really a big fan of Parsons' acting ability in anything she has done.

It's ironic that the one cast member in BONNIE AND CLYDE that I feel wasn't Oscar worthy ends up being the only one who took the award home. Any and all of the four nominees in the Supporting Actress category that year would have been a more worthy winner than Parsons.

I love James Hong, he brings a quiet dignity to any role I've seen him in. Nay to Bradley Cooper and Ryan Gosling as Jake though. Neither man has of yet to impress me in any film they've been in. If only Christian Slater were still young....if you've ever seen him in HEATHERS, you know he has Jack's persona down pat.

I love BONNIE AND CLYDE, but I have to agree that Blanche Barrow was annoying as heck. I don't think I would have given Estelle the Oscar for it though. The movie was groundbreaking for its time, but compared to today's movies I can see why the violence in BONNIE AND CLYDE might seem tame to younger viewers. Still a great flick though.

Sad is more like it. I hate it when a great actor or actress end their career on a sour note with a really lousy movie. -

I never get tired of watching number 23, 21 really made an impression on me, 28 always gets some laughs out of me....but I absolutely LOATHE 30, which pains me to say since I usually like John Goodman. -
