  1. Sheesh, I'd almost rather kiss Gregory Hines' character above this one than smooch this character!
  2. So right, I know I could use some chuckles. But again, I'll have to record this one, since I very rarely get to bed any later than 11:30 p.m.
  3. That would have been one interesting team-up, Garfield and Cagney. Yes, indeed, John Garfield was a very fine actor whose career, like many others, was unjustly derailed by the HUAC witch-hunt. My personal favorite performances of his have always been THE POSTMAN ALWAYS RINGS TWICE and THE BREAKING POINT.
  4. Think I've seen just about all of them. 1201 is my personal favorite out of all of these. 1210 the least favorite but then I'm not that keen on the leading man.
  5. It wouldn't be a little picture called THE GRAPES OF WRATH, now would it Dargo?
  6. May he RIP. Always enjoyed his musical scores as much as I did John Williams'.
  7. I'd love to have plant one big wet one on James Cagney. I also wouldn't mind locking lips with Robert Mitchum and Cary Grant.
  8. 1191, 1192, 1196 and 1199 I have not seen. The rest I have. 1198 is funny enough (even though I am hardly a die-hard Jim Carrey fan). 1193 is watchable though I don't share the enthusiasm for it that others do. 1195 is kinda cute (unusual for an Al Pacino film though). The rest are so-so for me.
  9. Flubbed lines, collapsing sets, flies buzzing around were part of the norm for DARK SHADOWS. But I still love that show. The show's many blunders are what make it enduring.
