Yup, you're right. I managed to see it again and the scene was there. (The last time I watched the movie I had misssed the beginning. I thought I'd only missed a few minutes but, apparently, I had missed a lot more than that.)

I recently rewatched the BIG EASY on HBO and kept waiting for the scene in which Dennis Quaid says this immortal line to Ellen Barkin -- but didn't see it. I didn't think HBO edited movies before airing them, but I could be wrong. Can someone tell me where in the movie this scene occurs? Is it before the courtroom scenes? Thanks!
