[Why aren't classic horror movies being shown?]

I'm new to this and maybe it has already been explained before, but why aren't the classic movies from the 30's and 40's (Dracula, Frankenstein, etc.) being shown? I figured in October they would be shown the last couple of weeks. Thanks for any help, I look forward to seeing those movies this time of the year.
