I think I may be one of the few that feels this way...but I find Alicia Malone to NOT be best suited for a role as a TCM host. My wife and I both simply cringe whenever she opens her mouth. I find her particular Australian accent too annoying to bare and her on-camera presence very wooden. I know all the hosts are reading from a tele-prompter, but sadly she does so quite obviously. She's got no on-camera personality. I know that's something a person can perfect over time. But the nasally accent is killing us and I fear won't go away!
